Send an email every time a user completes a form.

What you need#

  • An active Feathery account and form
  • (Optional) A sender email verified with Feathery

How to set up#

  1. By default, emails are sent from If you want to change this, contact to verify the email address that you'd like to be the "sender" of your email template.
  2. Navigate to the Feathery form that you want to track. Click on the Connect tab.
  3. Find the Email integration, activate it, and fill out the email template (using your verified email as the "From:" value if applicable). You can send an email to more than one address by putting a comma-separated list of emails into the "To:" field.
  4. Click Save, and you’re now ready to send an email every time someone fills out your form.

Email Variables#

If you'd like to send emails that include user-submitted form content, you can include the name of a form field wrapped in double curly braces {{}} anywhere in the email template. Here's an example:

  1. Open the email template:

  3. Activate the integration to edit it.

  4. Fill out the template and click Save to finish setting up your email integration.
